Notre Dame resorted to a little creativity in its recruitment of junior quarterback Jawon Pass.

Pass, a Columbus (Ga.) Carver product, shared a recruiting image sent to him by the Irish staff. The image shows Pass on the cover of ESPN The Magazine wearing a Notre Dame jersey.

The cover describes Pass as an "equalizer" with the caption of "Georgia's top quarterback prospect starts his own legacy with the Irish."

Pass is considered to be one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the nation for the 2016 class. 247Sports slates him as a five-star recruit, the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback and No. 9 overall in the class. Rivals pegs him as a four-star prospect, No. 5 at the position and 177th overall.

North Carolina recently sent a similar image to Pass. The Tar Heels are among the top programs chasing Pass including Alabama, Auburn and Louisville. Pass visited Notre Dame last summer.
