ND replacing synthetic turf fields at football practice complex

The LaBar Practice Complex is getting a face-lift.
Or, more accurately a turf-lift.
The practice home for Notre Dame football since 2008 is in the process of having its two synthetic turf fields replaced after seven years of use.
The third of the three fields at LaBar is natural grass.
Notre Dame Stadium, where the football team plays its home games and occasionally hosts practice sessions, went to a FieldTurf synthetic surface for the first time this past season.
