One week after Jonah Morris verbally committed to Michigan State, the three-star recruit added a Notre Dame offer.

Morris, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound junior at Akron (Ohio) Archbishop Hoban, shared the news Tuesday on Twitter.

Notre Dame is recruiting Morris as a safety and a wide receiver, he said following the offer.

Morris played all over the field last season for Hoban. As a wide receiver and tight end, Morris caught 28 passes for 366 yards and two touchdowns. He recorded 63 tackles, nine tackles for a loss, four forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, three interceptions and one sack as a safety and linebacker.

247Sports slates Morris as the No. 45 outside linebacker in the country and the No. 25 overall prospect in Ohio. Rivals ranks him as the No. 29 player in the state.
