Few wide receivers had as prolific of a 2014 season as Javon McKinley.

The production — 97 receptions for 2,062 yards and 25 touchdowns — brought plenty of attention from major college football programs.

Now the junior at Corona (Calif.) Centennial is narrowing his focus. McKinley, a four-star prospect, named a top six Monday on Twitter including USC, Notre Dame, Oregon, Ohio State, Tennessee and Miami.

The Irish offered McKinley back in December at the tail end of his breakout season. Centennial lost to Concord De La Salle 63-42 in the CIF Open Division state championship, but McKinley exploded with six catches for 153 yards and two touchdowns. He also returned a kickoff for a score.

247Sports slates McKinley as the No. 14 wide receiver and No. 105 regardless of position in the 2016 class. Rivals ranks him No. 15 at receiver and No. 80 overall.

I'd like thank all the schools that have offered me, but of those that have offered me these are my official top 6
