What does it feel like to be at one of Everett Golson's training sessions as the former Notre Dame quarterback prepares for his first — and last — season at Florida State?

Now, thanks to technology, you can find out.

On Friday afternoon, quarterback guru George Whitfield Jr. used the video streaming app Periscope to live stream Golson's workout, which included a variety of throwing and footwork drills. Current Notre Dame graduate student wide receiver Amir Carlisle also participated in the workout.

Golson, who passed for 5,850 yards and 41 touchdowns in 23 career starts at Notre Dame, announced his transfer to Florida State, where he will be immediately eligible to play, last week. The 6-foot, 200-pound quarterback will have to beat out redshirt junior Sean Maguire for the starting job when he arrives in Tallahassee, Fla., this summer.
