Notre Dame tight end commit Brock Wright landed at No. 30 in Rivals' updated top 100 list for the class of 2017, which was released on Monday.

A 6-foot-5, 238-pound athlete from Cypress, Texas, Wright was the top tight end listed in Rivals' rankings. The Cy-Fair High School standout has received a four-star ranking from both Rivals and 247Sports, after hauling in 17 passes for 369 yards and two touchdowns in his sophomore season.

Wright committed to Notre Dame shortly after participating in the Irish Invasion last month.

Perhaps Notre Dame's top target in the 2017 class — Brownsburg High School quarterback Hunter Johnson — received a five-star ranking and landed at No. 4 in the top 100 list, the No. 1 overall quarterback in the 2017 class. He's listed as a four-star prospect, the No. 1 pro-style quarterback and the No. 9 overall player by 247Sports.
