Two Notre Dame commits appear in updated Rivals 250

On Tuesday, Rivals updated its list of the top 250 prospects in the 2016 signing class.
Notre Dame was represented, albeit briefly.
Two of Notre Dame's 14 verbal commits, offensive tackle Tommy Kraemer and wide receiver Chase Claypool, appeared in the updated rankings.
Kraemer — a 6-foot-5, 310-pound tackle from Cincinnati, and the Irish's first verbal commit in the 2016 class — led the way at No. 34, garnering a four-star ranking. The Elder High School standout is also listed as a five-star recruit by 247Sports, and the No. 1 player in the state of Ohio by both websites.
Claypool also earned a four-star ranking, coming in at No. 196 overall. The lanky 6-6, 214-pound wide receiver's stock has steadily risen since the Abbotsford, B.C., native impressed at The Opening Finals earlier this summer. He, too, is listed as a four-star recruit by 247Sports.
LSU led all teams with 10 commits in the top 250, while Ohio State and USC both followed with nine.
