Daelin Hayes added intrigue to his recruitment last week when he signed a financial aid agreement to enroll early at USC.

But the highly coveted linebacker recruit hasn't closed the door on Notre Dame. Hayes told ND Insider on Tuesday that he still plans to make his originally planned official visit to Notre Dame for the USC game Oct. 17.

Hayes signing with the Trojans does not prevent him from enrolling at another school in January. It does bind USC to honor his scholarship offer and allows the Trojans to take advantage of. For more on his financial aid agreement, read this story from Saturday.

Rivals rates Hayes, a 6-foot-3, 239-pound senior, as a five-star recruit and the No. 3 outside linebacker in the 2016 class. 247Sports slates him as a four-star prospect and the No. 8 outside linebacker.

Below are highlights from the start of his senior season at Ann Arbor (Mich.) Skyline.
