Daelin Hayes will no longer be making his five official visits as previously planned.

On Thursday, Hayes announced he would no longer be making official visits to Oregon and LSU and named a top three of Notre Dame, Ohio State and Michigan State.

Hayes, a 6-foot-3, 239-pound linebacker, visited Ohio State last weekend and will visit Michigan State this coming weekend. Notre Dame hosted Hayes in September for the Texas game and in October for the USC game.

The Irish hosted Hayes while he was committed to USC and shortly after he withdrew his pledge to the Trojans. Instead of committing to Notre Dame, Hayes chose to weigh other options.

A decision should come by late December as Hayes plans to enroll early at the school of his choice. His senior season at Ann Arbor (Mich.) Skyline was cut short because of a shoulder injury.

Rivals rates Hayes as a five-star recruit, the No. 3 outside linebacker and No. 13 regardless of position in the 2016 class. 247Sports slates him as a four-star prospect, the No. 10 outside linebacker and No. 103 overall.
