SOUTH BEND — The big Fiesta Bowl gridiron matchup between Notre Dame and Ohio State may still be two days away, but a Columbus television station is ratcheting up the antics in advance.

WBNS-10TV posted the story and video of Brutus' visit, along with a hidden camera, to its site on Tuesday.

Brutus was positioned outside the Hammes Bookstore & Cafe at Eddy Street Commons. A hidden camera showed some people waving and smiling at the cardboard caricature. Others took a fighting stance.

The station also took the caricature on campus and posed Brutus in front of various landmarks on campus, including the Main Building, the Word of Life mural, also known as Touchdown Jesus, and the Notre Dame football practice fields.

The Irish and Buckeyes play at 1 p.m. Friday in the Fiesta Bowl.
