Notre Dame may not have to look far for its next impact lineman.

Phillip Paea — a 6-foot-4, 277-pound prospect from Berrien Springs, Mich. — reported an offer from the Irish on Monday.

A 2017 recruit, Paea is listed as an offensive guard and a three-star prospect by Rivals, and a defensive tackle by 247Sports. It's more likely he'd be utilized on the defensive side of the ball in South Bend.

Paea hails from Berrien Springs High School, the same school that produced defensive end Jhonny Williams in 2014. Williams signed with the Irish in 2014 but transferred out of the program prior to the 2015 season.

Paea added Notre Dame to an offer list that includes Oregon, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, BYU and Central Michigan.

Check out some of Paea's highlights below.
