The latest 2017 recruit to report a Notre Dame offer came on Tuesday. ND Insider takes a closer look at the two-sport star from Tennessee.

WR TEE HIGGINS, 6-4, 184; OAK RIDGE (TENN.) HIGH.

Junior stats: 52 catches for 941 yards and 18 touchdowns; 41 tackles and three interceptions; 11 punt returns for 355 yards and one touchdown.

247Sports ranking: Five stars, No. 1 wide receiver.

Rivals ranking: Four stars, No. 6 wide receiver.

Previous commitment: Tennessee (August 2015-February 2016).

Top offers: Clemson, Florida State, Michigan, Florida and Georgia.
