Two dynamic athletes reported new Notre Dame offers Wednesday. ND Insider takes a closer look at the pair of 2017 recruits from the East Coast.

ATH DEVON HUNTER, 6-2, 215; CHESAPEAKE (VA.) INDIAN RIVER

Junior stats: 91 tackles, 11 pass breakups, three interceptions and two returned for touchdowns; three offensive touchdowns.

Rivals ranking: Four stars, No. 2 safety.
