New parking strategy set for Notre Dame Stadium

SOUTH BEND — Some changes are coming this season for Fighting Irish football fans who have reserve tickets to park in two major lots near Notre Dame Stadium.
The new policy is known as “zipper” parking and is designed to improve safety for people parking, walking or tailgating in lots near the stadium.
