Notre Dame Football & The Force charity softball game set for Four Winds Field
The Notre Dame football program will take on local law enforcement June 11 at Four Winds Field in a charity softball game organized to benefit Indiana C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors).
The law enforcement team will comprise members of the Notre Dame Security Police, South Bend Police Department, Mishawaka Police Department, St. Joseph County Police Department and the Indiana State Police.
Fighting Irish student-athletes and coaches, as well as law enforcement personnel, will interact with fans throughout the game. That will include autograph and photo opportunities inside the 1st Source Bank Performance Center. Law enforcement will also have informational booths on site.
The event starts at 4 p.m. on June 11 at the home of the South Bend Cubs. The South Bend Cubs Fun Zone will be open to fans. Admission to the event is $5, while children under the age of 12 are free. Parking at the stadium is also $5. Proceeds will go to support the Indiana C.O.P.S.
