Fresh off The Opening Finals, 247Sports has updated its Top 247 for the 2018 recruiting class.

Four Notre Dame commits made the list: defensive tackle Jayson Ademilola, quarterback Phil Jurkovec, safety Derrik Allen and running back Markese Stepp.

Ademilola received the biggest rankings bump and has solidified himself as the top-ranked pledge in the Irish class in the eyes of 247Sports. The site ranks him as the No. 4 defensive tackle and No. 46 overall — a rise of 13 spots.

Jurkovec remains Notre Dame’s highest-ranked offensive commit. 247Sports slates him as the No. 6 dual-threat quarterback and No. 99 overall — a drop of eight spots.

Allen slid down 11 spots to No. 121 overall and the No. 8 safety. Stepp moved up one spot to No. 235 overall as the No. 9 running back.

Two top Notre Dame targets recently gained five-star status from 247Sports and have moved into the top 10: wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown (No. 8) and offensive guard Jamaree Salyer (No. 10). 247Sports pegs St. Brown as the No. 2 wide receiver in the class and Salyer as the top offensive lineman.

247Sports isn’t as high on as many Notre Dame commits as Rivals and Scout. Both Rivals and Scout slotted six Irish pledges in the top 247 of their respective rankings.

247Sports slates Notre Dame’s 12-man class at No. 11 in the country. Only three classes ahead of the Irish have fewer commitments: Texas, Clemson and USC.
