Pod of Gold: Previewing Notre Dame's early signing period with Steve Wiltfong

Next Wednesday will mark the start of the early signing period for the 2019 class. Notre Dame will head into next week with all 21 of its verbal commitments expected to end their recruitments and sign.

On this week’s podcast, Tyler James and Eric Hansen wanted to bring on someone with some expertise to discuss Notre Dame’s top 10 class and all things Irish recruiting. 

Steve Wiltfong, director of recruiting for 247Sports, joined the show to discuss the top players in Notre Dame's class, who the Irish are still pursing, how the staff has handled the new recruiting calendar, which recruit could be underrated and more (:32).

Then, Steve, Tyler and Eric offer recruiting predictions in the "Place Your Bets" segment (17:37). Later, Tyler and Eric answer questions from Twitter (28:26).
