The newest rankings update from Scout included six Notre Dame commitments in the Top 300 for the 2017 class.

Tight end Brock Wright (No. 59 overall, No. 1 tight end) maintained his spot on top of the Irish class. The five other Notre Dame commits were ranked as follows:

David Adams — No. 102 overall. No. 5 inside linebacker

Avery Davis — No. 140 overall, No. 12 quarterback

Josh Lugg — No. 143 overall, No. 17 offensive tackle

Cole Kmet — No. 175 overall, No. 5 tight end

Pete Werner — No. 237 overall, No. 18 outside linebacker

Notre Dame’s class of 10 pledges ranks No. 5 in the country according to Scout. Ohio State, Oklahoma, Alabama and Georgia sit ahead of the Irish.

Eight of Notre Dame’s 10 commitments are rated as four-star recruits.

Rivals 250

Rivals also released its latest recruiting rankings for the 2017 class this week.

Four Notre Dame commits found their names on the Rivals 250:

David Adams — No. 113 overall, No. 4 inside linebacker

Isaiah Robertson — No. 188 overall, No. 19 athlete

Both Wright and Kmet received slight dips in their previous ranking from Rivals. Wright was listed No. 41 overall in February. Kmet was slated No. 186.

Offensive tackle Josh Lugg, previously pegged at No. 76 overall, dropped out of the top 250 entirely.

Rivals ranks Notre Dame’s 2017 class No. 9 in the country. Six of Notre Dame’s 10 commitments are rated as four-star recruits by Rivals.
