An in-state recruit in the 2019 class reported a Notre Dame offer Wednesday. ND Insider takes a closer look at wide receiver David Bell.

• WR DAVID BELL, 6-2, 180; INDIANAPOLIS WARREN CENTRAL.

Sophomore stats: 68 receptions for 1,201 yards and 17 touchdowns; six rushes for 107 yards.

247Sports ranking: Four stars, No. 9 wide receiver.

Rivals ranking: N/A.

Notable offers: Iowa, Indiana, Syracuse, Cincinnati, Bowling Green.

Notre Dame connection: Bell plays for the same high school as former Irish players Sheldon Day and Mykelti Williams. He also attended Notre Dame’s game against Stanford this past season.
