Moment I knew I wanted to be Irish: “When I first stepped on campus and worked with (offensive line) coach (Harry) Hiestand at the camp in 2015.”

One word to describe Brian Kelly: "Motivated."

The one thing I won’t miss about the recruiting process: “The weird text messages in the morning of coaches saying like, ‘Good morning, Josh.’ Those freaked me out.”

Should football have an early signing period? “Yes. You should be able to sign whenever you want as soon as you commit. I would have signed a year ago if I had the chance. That way you don’t have to worry about all these recruiting rules with the NCAA. I feel like I’m already part of the team, so why can’t I just sign?"
