Offer Report: 2019 QB Paul Tyson

Notre Dame already has a quarterback committed in the 2019 class with Cade McNamara. But on Monday night, another 2019 quarterback reported an offer from the Irish. ND Insider takes a closer look at Paul Tyson.

• QB PAUL TYSON, 6-4, 210; HEWITT-TRUSSVILLE (ALA.) HIGH.

Junior stats (three games): Completed 50 of 64 pass attempts for 703 yards and 7 touchdowns with one interception.

Rivals ranking: Three stars, No. 11 pro-style quarterback.

247Sports ranking: Three stars.

Notable offers: USC, Oregon, Pittsburgh, Duke and Kentucky.

Notre Dame connection: Tyson, the great-grandson of legendary Alabama coach Bear Bryant, attended the Irish Invasion this past summer and also visited in April.
