Rivals ranking: Three-star cornerback.

Notable offers: Virginia (committed since July), Vanderbilt, Missouri, Boston College and Arizona.

Notre Dame connection: Brown attends the same high school that produced Irish freshman defensive end Kofi Wardlow.

More notes: Brown said he has been in touch with Irish defensive backs coach Todd Lyght, defensive line coach Mike Elston and other members of the recruiting staff. Brown said he is considering making an official visit to Notre Dame "most likely next week."
