Offer Report: 2021 LB Chaz Chambliss

On Tuesday, linebacker Chaz Chambliss became the first 2021 recruit to report a Notre Dame offer. ND Insider takes a closer look at the freshman.

Freshman stats: 97 tackles, 25.5 tackles for a loss, 12 sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

Rivals and 247Sports ranking: N/A.

Notable offers: Georgia, Florida, LSU, Ohio State and Michigan.

Notre Dame connection: Chambliss attends the same school that sent punter Tyler Newsome to Notre Dame. The Irish offered Chambliss' teammate Kevin Swint, a 2020 linebacker, Tuesday as well.
