Freshman year expectations: “It’s going to be a change. It’s going to be hard and a huge step up from high school. But I know I’m going to adjust. It’s going to be a huge step up from little high school to college. Life. The lifting. The football, it’s going to be 100 percent way better. I’m used to playing against average kids, but now I’m going against the best players from every school. It’s going to be hard. But I know I’m going to get a lot of help to make it as easy as possible.” 

Favorite thing about football: “The memories outside of football. Like creating friendships off the field, because you are always with those guys. You get to know people on a personal level.”
