Three things to know about OU vs. IUPUI

► The Sooners are looking for their first NCAA Tournament win since 2017, when they beat Gonzaga in the first round. OU’s last tournament win at home came in 2012 when the No. 6 seed Sooners beat No. 11 Michigan. OU is 28-7 in the tournament as the higher seed.

► Both teams are among the top 3-point threats in the country, with IUPUI No. 12 nationally at 36.7% and the Sooners No. 35 at 35%. The Jaguars’ 3-point defense is third-best among NCAA Tournament teams, with opponents shooting just 24.8% against IUPUI.

► The winner will play the winner of Saturday’s first game between No. 5 seed Notre Dame and No. 12 seed UMass.
