Notre Dame and Florida State will battle in prime time

Notre Dame's Oct. 18 game at Florida State will kick off at 8 p.m. (Eastern) and air nationally on ABC, it was announced Monday.
The sixth-ranked and 5-0 Irish will meet the top-ranked and 5-0 Seminoles in Tallahassee, Fla. Florida State, the defending national champion, leads the all-time series with ND 5-2. The Seminoles won the last meeting between the two, 18-14 in the 2011 Champs Sports Bowl.
The Seminoles also won the last regular-season meeting between the two, 37-0, during the 2003 regular season.
