WR Will Fuller says he'll return to Notre Dame for senior season

SOUTH BEND — Will Fuller stole a little Senior Week thunder on Wednesday night.

With senior teammates reminiscing all around him, the Notre Dame junior wide receiver and All-America candidate broke the news after practice that he’ll be returning to the Irish football team for his senior season in 2016.

Fuller has been ND’s leading receiver the past two season and among the nation’s leader in TD receptions both years. The Philadelphia product has 44 receptions for 900 yards and 12 TDs this season for the CFP No. 4 Irish (8-1).

Notre Dame plays its final home game of the season Saturday, when the Irish host Wake Forest (3-6).
