Notre Dame-Navy football game slated for 8 p.m. kickoff

Notre Dame better get used to prime time.

Eight of Notre Dame's 12 regular season games in the 2018 season have already been assigned kickoff times, and four of those games will be played under the lights. The most recent announcement came Wednesday, when CBS Sports confirmed that Notre Dame's Oct. 27 game against Navy in San Diego will kick off at 8 p.m. (5 p.m. in California) and be broadcast on CBS.

Notre Dame's other three night games (so far) are home games that will kick off at 7:30 p.m.: against Michigan on Sept. 1, Stanford on Sept. 29 and Florida State on Nov. 10.

Start times and broadcast homes for road games against Wake Forest (Sept. 22), Virginia Tech (Oct. 6), Northwestern (Nov. 3) and USC (Nov. 24) have yet to be determined.
