Hungry for football talk? Submit your questions to the latest Notre Dame Football Mailbag

Notre Dame spring football resumed this week, including a session open to the media at 7:45 a.m., on Thursday.

That means lots of caffeine for those taking in the practice and the timely return of the Notre Dame Football Not-So-Live Chat Mailbag to help enlighten you as to what has been transpiring and what it means in the big picture.

You don’t have to get up early to submit a question, but please do so by noon EDT on Friday to have a chance to be included. This week’s mailbag will be published late Friday afternoon online. An abridged version will be published in the print edition of the South Bend Tribune on Saturday, space-permitting.

How can you submit your questions?

A) Email me at ehansen@sbtinfo.com. Use NDI Mailbag in the subject line.

B) Tweet to me on Twitter @EHansenNDI. Use the hashtag #NDIMailbag.

C) Taunt Tyler James about his NCAA Tourney picks, and I will find you to get your question personally.

Please include your name and hometown along with your question. I’d really like to keep the subject matter to football (as opposed to men’s/women’s basketball, baseball, etc.).

Topical questions have more universal appeal, but I’m willing to mix in the deep, big-picture questions, provided they’re not overly broad and that they are submitted in English.
