Notre Dame women's golf: Irish need big finish

Freshman Talia Campbell carded a 1-over 73 and is at even-par for the tournament to help Notre Dame into 11th place after two rounds Friday at the NCAA East Regional at the Auburn University Club .

As a team, the Irish are at 20-over 596. Alabama leads the field at 554. The top eight teams advance to the NCAA Championships.

Lindsey Weaver is at 1-over for the tournament and Kristina Nhim is at 9-over.
