Notre Dame swimming: Tallman honored

Notre Dame men’s swimming associate head coach Matt Tallman has been named the CollegeSwimming.com Rising Assistant Coach of the Year.

Tallman helped guide the Irish to a 9-2 dual meet mark and record-breaking win at the Big East Championship in March.

In that meet, Notre Dame broke the team scoring record with 991 points and posted record-breaking finishes in eight events.
