Notre Dame swimming: Dyer, Coumos honored

Notre Dame senior Frank Dyer and freshman Joe Coumos swept the ACC Male Swimmer and Diver of the Week honors.

Dyer claimed five individual race wins last weekend in dual meet victories against Michigan State and Wisconsin.

The two-time All-American picked up wins in the 50 freestyle, and 100 free against the Spartans and won the 50 free, 200 free and 500 free against the Badgers.

Coumos won the 1-meter board against Michigan State and took home the 1- and 3-meter events against Wisconsin.
