Notre Dame lacrosse: Irish women rally
Kiera McMullan and Cortney Fortunato each scored a pair of second-half goals to help No. 13 Notre Dame rally for a 12-9 win over Louisville Saturday in South Bend.
The Irish outscored the Cardinals 8-2 after halftime to erase a 7-4 deficit.
McMullan finished with four goals and an assist and Fortunato finished with three goals.
Liz O’Sullivan took over in net after halftime and gave up just a pair of goals and made four saves to pick up the win for the Irish (5-2).
