Three Notre Dame men's swimmers earned invites to the NCAA Championships. Senior two-time All-American Frank Dyer and junior All-Americans Zach Stephens and John Williamson will compete individually at the meet on March 27-29 in Austin, Texas.

Dyer, who is the first four-time NCAA Championship qualifier in Notre Dame men's swimming history, was a member of the last season's Irish 800 freestyle relay that finished in 16th place to earn honorable mention All-America honors.

He'll compete in the 100, 200 and 500 freestyle events later this month.

Last year, Stephens was 16th in the 200 breaststroke. He is scheduled to swim the 100 and 200 breaststroke and the 200 individual medley at this year's NCAA meet.

Williamson, who was 13th in last year's 200 butterfly, will compete in that event again, along with the 100 butterfly and 500 freestyle.

Notre Dame also qualified in five relays -- the 200 and 400 medleys and the 200, 400 and 800 freestyle events.
