Notre Dame softball: Hokies sweep Irish

Notre Dame suffered a pair of losses on Saturday, losing 5-4 and 3-2 to Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.
Sophomore Micaela Arizmendi went 3-for-7 with a pair of solo homers and 3 RBIs for the day. The Irish dropped to 18-7 and 2-3 in the ACC. The teams are scheduled to play at noon (Eastern) Sunday.
