Notre Dame men's golf: Irish men in first

Senior Niall Platt shot a second round 4-under 66 at the Oak Hill Intercollegiate to hold a two-stroke edge entering Tuesday’s final round at the Oak Hill Country Club East Course in Rochester, N.Y.

Notre Dame is currently at 14-over to lead the tournament. The Irish are seven shots better than second-place Nebraska.

Andrew Lane is tied for fifth after a 4-over 74 in the second round and is at 5-over overall. Matt Rushton also is at 5-over following a 71.

Patrick Grahek is at 7-over and Liam Cox at 8-over for Notre Dame.
