Notre Dame tennis: Upset propels Andrews

Notre Dame’s Greg Andrews advanced to the second round of the NCAA Singles Championship with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over No. 14-ranked Patrick Pradella of Baylor in Athens, Ga.

The 24th-ranked Irish senior next faces No. 30 Nathan Pasha of Georgia on Thursday.

He’ll also team with Alex Lawson in doubles competition when they battle Georgia’s Hernus Pieters and Ben Wagland.
