Notre Dame hockey wins at Michigan

Top-ranked Notre Dame pushed its winning streak to 14 games with a 2-1 win over Michigan in college hockey action at Yost Ice Arena in Ann Arbor, Mich., on Friday night.

Matt Hellickson and Andrew Oglevie each scored goals in the Irish win, which improved Notre Dame to 16-3-1 overall and 10-0 in Big Ten Conference action. Goaltender Cale Morris had 35 saves.

Notre Dame will now host Michigan in its next game at Compton Family Ice Arena at 3:05 p.m. ET on Sunday.
