Notre Dame recruit Jackie Young breaks state record

Princeton’s Jackie Young eclipsed Shanna Zolman’s girls basketball state career scoring record Thursday night against Wood Memorial. Young scored 28 points in a 48-26 victory, giving her 3,086 in her career. Zolman, who played at Wawasee, scored 3,085 points from 1998-2002.

Young is committed to Notre Dame.
